    If its a different account number then its a different contract, which makes it statuted barred. They would have to prove the current account was connected to the older one which is unlikely.

      that is why i mentioned about the t&c and offsetting which is highly unlikley

      as state, the prove it letter would be more than enough to get rid of this, we will bring the statute barred into the equation if needed, lets make them work for their ill gotten gains
