Hi everyone. It's good to be here. I hope to meet some of you in the forum discussions.

I have past experience of making claims, but it seems the landscape is forever changing, due to people continuing to challenge the corruption of financial institutions (yaaay!), so it seems the information I have is out of date. Again. ;P

Hi Loubs and welcome. Yeah, it's a constant game of leapfrog where one side comes up with a new strategy, and the other side then parries this with their own counter-strategy. So, the whole 'scene' is constantly evolving, and if you take your eye off the ball for too long, it can take a bit of extra effort to get back 'into the game.'
