Hi,
Stumbled across this site whilst looking for som advice re Virgin media and their company policy on new contracts.
I am moving house to a non cabled area and Virgin media cannot offer me the same terms of contract at my new address.
I have 11 Months to run on my existing contract which is for Fibre optic broadband (100MB) TV and Phone.
They are asking me to take out a new 18 Month contract for what they call their National Broadband (upto 16 MB) & Telephone. I think that this is unfair as they cannot offer me the same terms that I am under now.
Has anyone had a similar issue and is the company policy of a new contract when you move Legally binding?
Any advice is aprechiated.
