    Hi,

    Stumbled across this site whilst looking for som advice re Virgin media and their company policy on new contracts.

    I am moving house to a non cabled area and Virgin media cannot offer me the same terms of contract at my new address.

    I have 11 Months to run on my existing contract which is for Fibre optic broadband (100MB) TV and Phone.

    They are asking me to take out a new 18 Month contract for what they call their National Broadband (upto 16 MB) & Telephone. I think that this is unfair as they cannot offer me the same terms that I am under now.

    Has anyone had a similar issue and is the company policy of a new contract when you move Legally binding?

    Any advice is aprechiated.

    When did you renew your contract with VM? Are you on a rolling contract or an 11 month one?
