    Hi am just looking for information on phiLlips debt company I rang them today to sort out weekly payment for debt I have but they were no help atal and said the min payment is 50 as I only work part time I can't afford also I have a warrant oit for my arrest how do I go about sorting this I am very worried thanks

        Is this for a Magistrates Court fine? If so can you explain some more? Also if it is did you receive a Further Steps Notice from the Court asking you to bring your account up to date?
