I am finding it difficult to find a solicitor who understands about charging restrictions on a property owned jointly, but only one party owing the debt.
I understand that it's not difficult to sell the property and inform the restriction holder after the sale has gone through, and then waiting to see what court action they will take, but it seems very few solicitors comprehend this. Has any else had the same problems, and can anyone recommend a solicitor for this problem in or around the south coast. any help will be appreciated.
