    Hi to every1 hope your all well in new to the forum and im looking for some advice :tung:
    Just i have a credit agreement with santandar who was originally with ge money its a fixed sum loan which im struggling to pay although i have never missd a payment been juggling finances like coco the clown ;( theres two discrepancys in the agreement it was to buy a car and i had an accident with the car and it was written off i offerd to give ge the insurance money and i would like to be refinanced as the would b a short fall as i thought it was an hp agreement but was told to keep the money and buy a car which i did . A few months later i recieved a letter saying santandar had taken over the agreement and the agreement was against kh07 which was the car i didnt have i phoned and informed santandar i no longer had the car the said they would need to call me back , the did and said its ok just keep up the payments nothing changes . Also i have lookd at the paperwork and the intrest rate has changed is fixd rate not ment to stay the same ? I Feel as through theres something not quite any advice would b appreshiated
