Hi All,

Was looking for advice on Debt Collection - what rights they have to call my phone and found your informative website.

Have some interesting experience with regards to settling personal debt and have come to the conclusion that (for me at least) an IVA was absolutely not the right way to go. Debt management was my preferred way forward and delivered the onions. I suppose that as a French Canadian (albeit living in Blighty) that onions are important, if not essential.
