    Capquest Statutory Demand - Possible Counterclaim?

    statutory demand by first class post is a no, no

    it has to be done by a process server to be legal

    i would just ignore if it was me but wait for more replies

    Thanks Militant. The other issue I have with applying to have the demand set aside is that it will confirm my place of residence to Capquest. I'm baffled as to how they could have got this address. I move around regularly so everything official is registered to my parents address. Sly b******s...

        Somewhere, Curlyben has written a very good article about exactly this subject. Someone reading may be able to find it, or pm CB and ask him if he can send you the link to it.
