Hello to you all and thank you for welcoming me into your community.
I have had a small business account with Natwest for twenty years and have had an overdraft facility for most of that time. The account has always been run in good order incurring no extra charges.
I currently pay 20.14 per month Bank Overdraft Protection insurance. I've been paying for at least 6 years. I was told by my account manager during an annual OD arrangement call that the insurance was a required part of his agreeing my overdraft.
Is this PPI?
How does this kind of insurance help me? Would it ever have helped me? Can I claim any of the money back?
Many thanks, Skelly:beagle:
