  • disclosures in civil litigation

    Hello

I am a litigant in person and am the claimant. We have completed our pleadings and are now following Case Management Conf. schedule.

We are at the disclosing evidence stage and the claimant is refusing to disclose the documents she has refereed to in her pleadings. She is also not disclosing her bank statements, there is new excuse every day and I have send her 7-8 reminders.

What shall I do, do I need to get a court order, can someone please help in the process and what should I do?

    Regards
    Yzee
