    Hello

    What a great site. I should have said hello first but in my haste I've posted in another thread a problem I'm trying to sort.

    I found the site trying to google my problem - actually the problem is someone elses but I have power of attorney and so have ended up with it.

    I will be particularly interested in issues relating to trying to carry out ones duties as an Attorney - the banks and other financial people all vary with how they deal with it and unfortunately I already have my own war stories to tell in the 5 months since I've been 'in office'.

      Hi Bluestar, and welcome to you. With Power of Attorney, I guess you are already helping someone in less fortunate circumstances than many of us. I'm sure you will find help from others here.
