Yes car credit/Direct Auto Finance

Hi To All.

I had a loan with Yes car finance/direct auto finance, I am now trying to claim PPI back and not having any luck. As I nolonger have the finance as it is all paid up and no account number no-one wants to help, all my documents were distroyed last year as I never thought I would need them again.....how wrong was I???

Has anyone had the same experience and if so how did you treat it.

I'm not a ppi expert at all. However, you can get the paperwork by sending a Subject Access Request (SAR) to them.

SAR = Subject Access Request

When you write, head the letter "Subject Access Request under Section 7, Data Protection Act 1998". You will need to enclose a cheque for £10. The firm you are requesting the SAR from then has 40 days to provide you with the documents, etc., you are requesting.

yes car credit was a trading name of direct auto finance

you send it to their headquarters

its direct auto finance in horsham west sussex

Oh am pretty certain you will sleep well mate, though others may not. Maybe they will tonight but maybe they will have sleepless nights, in time.
