  • Challenging County Court Judgements

Due to a complete cock-up by court staff (twice) I have a CCJ which I have been told by the judge, that I CAN challenge. I am fighting a firm of lawyers, but court staff gave out wrong instructions. The first time CCJ was struck out due to the fact that court staff put their hands up to their mistake, BUT when case restarted, court staff forget to tell me the correct way to do this so I followed their previous instructions over procedures (which was wrong), so lawyers jumped in again, with the result CCJ

SO, do I need forms, or what is the correct words, or what exactly? Would be very grateful

    Hi Blue Shadow,

    Was this a default judgement?

How long since notification was given?

Judgement given September after first was wiped out due to cock-up. Had to make time and effort to find out exactly what happened, as court people kept giving excuses (I tried to challenge this second decision myself, but this was always handed on to court people for comment) but now I have got the court service to admit by default, that they have no idea what exactly happened (this was due to Statement of Truth not going to adversary ON BOTH OCCASIONS) but arrived at court at the correct time.

Hope this helps, and I can find nothing about a default judgement, but could that still mean it was one ? ?
      Tks

I think you may have to explain from the beginning about this as otherwise we are just grasping at straws and may give you false hope.
