    (a)reasonably requires further information in order to satisfy himself as to the identity of the person making a request under this section and to locate the information which that person seeks, and

    the data controller is not obliged to comply with the request unless he is supplied with that further information.]

      So using the above legislation, it is not reasonable to expect you to reveal anything further to identify yourself as they have already sent sensitive information to you. :beagle:

        ... which of course they shouldnt have done unless they were sure you were the alleged debtor. If they sent you letters then they must be sure you are the alleged debtor and now that they have established that you not need to provide them with any other information.

        So there you have they have tied themselves up in knots
