evening & seasons greetings to all
can't believe i haven't signed up to this forum before
i'm a landlord (cue pantomime booing!) but treat my tenants right and have all the usual rubbish from authorities that i presume the rest of you are here to sort out.
currently trying to sort out an offensive demand for a fine when the account isn't in arrears and a ridiculous admin fee of £85 on a late ground rent of £2.50 (demand not even sent correctly-typical!)any help appreciated!

I think there have been a number of things where we have had ground rent issues on the forum. What was the fine for and have you spoken to the people asking for the admin fee?
