Big Hello to everyone.
I am doing some research and helping my friend out who has got a nasty situation going on about Council Tax and the bailiffs are involved.
She has received a Final Notice, and they want to seize goods and chattels even in her absence?
She has sent them 2 Notices so far and I have advised her to send another with a Notice of Removal of Implied Access which would remove any 'rights' they they think they have to even visit the property.
She has contacted the local Council and made an offer to immediately pay the account, if the Council will supply her with a bill, she is waiting for a reply from them.
Any assistance would be helpful as this letter was popped through her door yesterday and states she must respond in 24hours?
