I am unsure if this is a topic that anyone is able to advise on?
I bought in good faith a Season Ticket but unfortunately was told by my company that I had to move at very short notice so had to get a refund.
Did my research called the 'help line' and was told no admin fee's and refund pro rata, at no time was there a mention of it taking 28 days before the refund is put back into my account and a admin charge of £10.00.
Have completed the on line form for British Rail and await their reply.. any idea's?
