Just to say hello, and my story

I am currently dealing with a hand full of alleged debts, mainly with the help of getoutofdebtfree... I am also investigating my mortgage, to see if my lender is the actual party of interest, and whether my mortgage has been securitised etc.
Any help and direction is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to legal beagles Arklst.

In order for people to help you and direct you, you will ideally need to start a thread regarding each issue in the sections of the forums relevant to each individual issue. Plus you would need to provide far more back ground details to each issue you post a thread on.

Its best to keep the issues sepereate that way they are not intertwined with each other in one thread leading to muddled advice.
