  • Creditor not signe agreement

    Hi there,
Just looking for some advice or confirmation of the fact that a CC agreement that has not been signed by the OC is not valid in law. The space on the agreement I have been sent where it states for and on behalf of the bank is completely blank .
Your comments and opinions would be appreciated.

Simply means it has not been executed.
Not really a valid reason for none payment and it certainly doesn't invalid the agreement.
