Hi all,
thanks for this forum being here!
I'm 23, had a great life ahead of me with my partner.
But now my life has been turned upside down because I guaranteed a business at 18 years old!
Something must happen to protect children when entering into adult hood!
18 is really not a sensible age to become an adult. When you don't know any better and you trust your parent you think you are doing the right thing.
Schools should teach more about legal issues, entering into agreements and what to look out for before signing any paperwork.
I know some may say that it could be common sense or things you should just 'know'. But not everybody will be taught about it or have parents who warn them about what they sign.
