Hi everyone
My name is Meg and I am now a stay at home mum having had to give up my job as my son needed a lot of help fitting in at school (he has been dianosed as autistic, adhd, and any other term that could be used although we dont think he is actually any of these).
I have asked for help here as I am not sure how to deal with my natwest credit card who put a default on my file when my account had £81 of arrears after I asked them for help. I only had a perfect record with them since 1997 but they obivously felt I was a huge risk to their massive fortunes (heavy sarcasm lol!)
The thread seems to be quite old though and I am not sure I am using the right forms so if someone could have a look that would be fantastic.
Thanks so much and I am so glad that Natwest annoyed me yesterday and I found this forum - I didnt know you could ask for charges under £25 back - yes I must be living under a rock!!
