Did you pay a lump sum upfront?

      Hi nannypop,

I have to assume that your son signed some sort of agreement or contract to take part in this course. If there is NO paperwork wahtsoever then stop paying would be my stance.

However if documentation does exist then a very detailed examination of its clauses will be required to ascertain his legal position. I would humbly suggest that your son just not wishing to finish the course would NOT provide grounds for cancellation/refunds/not paying the rest. Most sensible contracts allow for cancellation in the event of serious illness/accident/disability and like problems.

If you have to pay, get him to finish the course and get his money's worth. Its qualifications and skills "in the bank" as they say.

      regards
      Garlok
