    Hello everyone i am pleased i have come across legal beagles

    Hi I have a dispute with my window installer who has commenced legal action in short we had some windows
    and doors installed and had a fixed sum loan agreement in place to pay for them once we had signed of the finance
    companies satisfaction note which we haven't done as we were awaiting for the installation to be completed satisfactorily are
    we still covered under the CCA 1974 as the agreement was dated 14 September 2009

    The date of the agreement is not relevant imho. Am not sure on this one so hopefully someone will respond to you.

        no certass have spoken to they advise that they are not a policing organisation they await confirmation from their members of completed jobs on a self assesment basis and might inspect a couple of jobs a year.
