    hello everyone


    im new to this site so excuse ne mistakes
    we recently lost a home and due to the shortfall r now having to go bankrupt. what it is my husband as been intouch with a company called debt-uk-online. they ave sent out there forms for us to fill in but that comes under another name which is debt help direct. and when i have checked the consumer credit licence they are both different + the 1 that comes under debt uk online as fresh finance debt management coming up on the licence number. they all come under the same phone number. are they legal or are they a scam im really at my wits end on who to trust i wud appreciate any advise before we sign up and start to hand ne money to them.

    Hello and welcome I think you would be much better off dealing with a non fee charging firm like CCCS here is a link Debt help | Free debt advice for UK debt problems | Free debt management | CCCS


    Give them a call or fill in the on line form, all the money you pay to them will go straight to your creditors.

      Definately try giving CCCS a call, or PayPlan....there is no need to pay for a DMP. If those can't help then you can manage things yourself with support advice and a bit of back up from us lot on here

      I have been with CCCS since 2006 with no problems whatsoever (and it hasn't cost me anything either) everything I give them goes to my creditors.
