  • using mobile pone whilst driving

    Hi all,

The police stopped me last year november, on the basis that a member of the public pointed me out to them, that i was on the phone, i have a parrot in my car a speaker phone that automatically cuts out the radio and the phone calls comes through the speaker, so i was talking, but member of the public thought l was holding the phone, which is not possible b/c of the bluetooth in my car.

Anyway i have appealed against it, and now waiting for the summons which is nerve wreacking, does anyone know how long it takes to get a summons, waiting since Nov last year, and my chances of winning

    Thanks

I would have thought (and definitely hoped) that your cahnces of winning were good, especially if you popinted this system out at the time. No ida about a summons, sorry.

Have you received the summons yet?(since you did receive a response originally to this one).
