Hi All
Received a letter from clarity today ,wanting us to settle our egg card debt with them, have never heard of them and really unsure what to do, have been paying £2-50 a month to egg as been under ccs Help?

Firstly take a DEEP breath and relax, we're here to help.

Now then, NEVER talk to these people on the phone, everything must be in writing for the avoidance of doubt and a decent papertrail should the need arise.

So can I assume this is the first contact you have had from these people, if so file it under I (for ignore) until they can be bothered to write again.
