  • Good Day All

    Hello to all.

I have a serious debt problem caused by the breakup of a relationship and the ex raiding my bank account and credit cards before I knew what was happening..

I have managed to get a DMC to look after most of my debts but there are still a few outstanding that were not apparant at the time.

Council Tax, Water Charges, BT and Vodafone.

If there is anyone who can help with the Vodafone problem, that is I let the contract fall and sent the phone back to them, but they still want the cash, it would be greatly appreciated as thios debt is being chased by Crapquest.

    Hi and welcome,
I have to tell you that the prority debts out of those four are your Council Tax and Water Charges, they should be addressed first and foremost.

      Enaid is right:

      1. Council Tax

      2. Water charges - water isn't considered a priority debt anymore as they're not allowed to cut you off, but obviously needs sorting. They will usually agree a repayment plan with you.

Have you done an IE sheet for yourself so you know what you've got spare each month to play with. The last thing you want to do is reach agreements and then not be able to afford them.

Was your ex on your account?
Have you considered, if you know her address, of suing her through the civil court process for recovery of that money that she spent?

Once you've sent it and received our automated reply could you update the thread with your email reference number so I can ensure it reaches us and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

I did not post theprevious comment on this panel, this was done when my PC was free and I was in a comfort break, done by someone who thought they were trying to help me ... Grrrrr

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Thanks all, unfortuantrely the comments in previous posts were made by some friend (sorry, ex fvriend) who was sat at my PC whilst I was taking a "Comfort Break", however, it may transpire that I may need some private advice later on
