many thanks guys...points taken..I welcome yor response....ps..did anyone notice last weeks reports from the USA.

2 sub-prime lenders were refused forclosure ( reposessions ) on the grounds that they could not prove ownership of the Mortgage

Because they had Securitized the Mortgage with a second company they were effectively no longer the sole owner....WOW.....massive implications...who the hell owns Redstone,Amber Homes and the like....its all getting intersesting ?????????
