loan was with hfc sold to link financial ive got all info its been to court already i want to challenge court on a point of law thinking of using unfair relationship since the dept contained single premium ppi of 2500 pounds interst added since 1996 -2002 which amounts to a substancial amount any ideas welcome ,i dont know what cca is or dsar but got most of accounts apart from the first years seem to be missing (not supplied by dca)i didnt attend court through personal reason but dont think i can use this for an appeal im looking for a point of law to use for an appeal accounts provided for court hearing contain duplicate pages ,single premium ppi has been banned as far as i can understand which was used to calculate dept agreement does not have total amount payable it says 50 payments of £200 and what ever amount is outstanding at the end of term any ideas would be helpful so what do you think about the unfair relationship act is that a point of law to mount a challenge

need some advice with this please hfc have offered me a settlement and reduced the amount i owed from £12,000 to £5000 but they sold the debt for £12,000 witch i got sued for and interest added on and court cost so ive got a judgement
for about £16,000 ive got a couple of weeks to decide whether to accept there offer in the meantime i have written to the ombudsman who wont reply until after the time for accepting the offer runs out they have HFC only compensated for the part of the ppi payments but the lon was sold in full to dca so i think they shoul compensate in full any HELP
