Hi everyone,

I found this site after doing a search about Littlewoods "extra care advantage"

I have recently noticed that my Littlewoods account has a payment on it each month of between £10 and £20 a month for "extra care advantage" ???

can anyone tell me what this is ?

I am guessing it is some sort of PPI ?

However as I did not ask for it can I claim these payments back? and how do I go about making a claim.

I have had a little look round the forums and this seems like a very good and helpful communitty so I hope one of you nice inteligent people can help in some way

How long have you had this account running for?

I would ask the cat company to send you a copy of the policy, this will enclose what the cover entails.

But of course if you did not ask for it and they automatically added this, I am sure your entitled to make a reclaim.

You can of course post up your calculations of what you have paid, and the helpful folks on here will be more than willing to check them out for you.
