Hello I've just found this website and decided to join you have to look to other sites and done a lot of reading of never posted anything so this is my first post.

I have been digging myself out of a big hole for many years and still feel I'm at the bottom somethings have been cleared along the way so I decided to join in the hope of some support and guidance and of course if I can offer the same in return.
