    Hello everyone, great to be on the site hope i can get some good sound advice.

    I have an ongoing complaint with the Nationwide Building society which has now gone to the ombudsman adjudicator, my complaint is, its causing me hardship the adjudicator is asking if i have any more information to add.

    Has anybody got a refund using the Hardship route would be grateful for any advice .......thanks
