Hi to all on forum I am currently dealing with a CCJ for a credit card debt with MBNA for approx £23000. This was issued on 25 April at Northampton bulk centre via MBNA's solicitor, Restons. Both Restons and MBNA have yet to send me a CCA following 2 requests to Restons and one to MBNA direct after Restons advised they are a solicitor and not to make requests to them. I am trying to get MBNA to reveal all original signed documents they have relating to a signed CCA. Another salient issue I should make is that when I accepted a balance transfer request with the usual 0% APR fixed term (10 months I think) for balance transfers, they proceeded to charge a small rate of interest for each of the 10 months thereafter instead of the verbally agreed 0%APR, as this was all done over the phone. I hope to challenge this using the N244 form. Any guidance will be gratefully appreciated as this is taking its toll on family and health. I look forward to hearing from anyone who has been through the mill and can offer good friendly advice as to how best to deal with this. Apologies if I'm not yet up to speed on Forum protocol. Best Regards Neeskens
