Newbie - Welcome finance help please

Good evening
Could someone offer me some advise please?
In short I took a loan with Welcome in 2005 and received £1600
I was miss sold PPI and have got them to admit that but they wont hand over the money the owe me
Also
I sent for subjecy access and discovered I had now paid over £3.5k and they still want £1700 on a loan for £1600

they will not answer my complaints

I am now stuck on what to do next

You say that Welcome have admitted that the PPI was miss sold, do you have this in writing, or was it over the phone?

Also do you have any correspondence that you can post (deleting any personal identification first) so we can see where you are with your claim.

Once we get an idea of your situation, we will be able to advise you of the next step to getting your money back.
