As the title says - Hello!

Newly registered to LB's after searching for advice on non-enforceable credit agreements (the wonderful Cap1).

Have taken the issue so far with help from somewhere else, but am not trying to go further but getting more and more confused as to what I can and can't do.

Looking forward to reading more (but not too much, coz that's when I get really confused) and perhaps will post more about my particular situation.

Welcome to Legal Beagles.

Can you post up more information on your own situation with Cap One as to why you believe your agreement is unenforceable?

Recently there has been some cases which have failed in courts on unenforceable so before we can advise further we need more insight as to your motives.
