Hello and please help

I promise to keep it short.
Jacobs bailiffs have been to my home whilst at work and left several letters the last being. A computer generated letter informing me enforcement bailiffs arriving in 8hrs. Lol I work away. I have not seen bailiffs. No will I let them have entry. Have sent letters to them re this and they have ignored this and have threatened. To Imprison me. Can they.
Since I got ct letter from hull city I have been paying 20 a fortnight this appears no where on their payment info. There's an issue of under and over payment nobody wants to know.. city council stating they've received nothing, I have receipts.

No, they cannot imprison you unless you refuse to pay. Being unable to pay is not punishable with a prison sentence.
