Business claim pre 6 years

Hi all
Im a newbie on this site,
im in the process of reclaiming bank charges from 1996-2000, for a Business Account with the Cooperative Bank, I have all my banking statements which ive forwarded copies to their solicitors, the bank have asked the court for a pre lim hearing stating my claim is statute barred so just waiting for a court date, will post updates..B

Please start a thread in the Business Forum that summarises the details so far, as this is only the Welcome Forum.
