    Hi everyone

    New to Beagle, having read a lot of good advice from some very helpful members, a couple of things i am intrested in bank charges as i have had a claim in with my bank since Feb 07, and i have a credit card taken out before April 2007 have no signed agreement i have sent a SAR to the company but not heard anything,

    Thanks in advance for any advice

    Hello Mick

    Welcome to Legal Beagles.

    If a company that you have sent a Subject Access Request to have not complied, they have committed an offence. You may issue a claim against them and force them to comply or make an official complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office.

    Have a look around and start a thread on the subjects that you are unsure about and you will receive a great deal of advice and help.
