this is my very first time on a furum, I would like help on writing my complaint/structuring the letter. I have lost my business due to bank not implementing what was verbally agreed, It is quiet complicated to shrink my complaint to a few short words. Thats why I need help. To start ball rolling i will just post this for now.

I am a relatively new forumite on Legal Beagles. Really sorry you have lost your business, you must feel absolutely gutted. However, you have come to the right place, speaking for myself, the guys on this website not only helped me compose my letters they also gave me the confidence and support I so badly needed. Sorry I can't be of any practical help but I can listen if you want to let off steam! I'm sure someone will be along soon to give you the practical help you need.

Hi chico, feel free to give us the long winded complicated version and we can start chopping it down to the important points and see what action is viable/necessary
