DWP acting for Horwich Farrelly - who I believe are also Robinson Way successfully secured a charge on our property in August. They agreed £20 per month. I attended the hearing to put my case over but Judge said he was unable to prevent charge. I phoned Robinson Way to get payment details so I could start payment. This I have done for Sept and Oct. However yesterday I have now received a letter from the Court stating that Robinson Way now want an attachment of earnings also. If they already have a charge can they do this? I will now lose the job I have just started as I doubt my employer will be impressed.
