Hi everyoneI have just registered to this website after having received a court claim form from Howard Cohen Solicitors/ CL Finance Ltd after missing payments on my House of Fraser store card.I have a few other credit card debts and two loans which I have missed payments on all of them. I have been burying my head in the sand foolishly hoping it would all go away, I haven't opened my mail for months for fear of what it contains and I won't answer the phone. My husband is also fed up with the constant pestering phone calls. It wasn't until I received a brown letter in the post that I realised it was bad news and it was the court claim form from Howard Cohen.I have just submitted an AoS and am now putting together the CPR31.14 request for my defence.At some point no doubt I will be seeking advice from this website as I believe my credit agreement may be unenforceable as it has not been signed and some of the conditions do not appear to comply. I have also been charge PPI and I never ticked the box to apply for it.If anyone can provide anymore suggestions I would be grateful.Many thanks

I have recently un buried my head so I know.... Its hard but worth it x

If you want to start loads of different threads for your different claims then we can advise you and not get mixed up try to put as much information as you can without personal details x
