Hi there

Just thought i'd let you all know how impressed I am with LegalBeagles. On Tuesday 8th September 09 I received a rather dubious letter from Civil Enforcement LTD (Parking Enforcement) asking me to pay a rather high parking fine of £75 going upto £150!! if not payed within 10 days. Well, to say it ruined my day is an understatement, how can you justify charging someone £75. I've had parking fines from the council before and payed knowing i'm in the wrong (usually £30).

Anyway cross and very suspicious of the look of the letter I began to research the web for answers and direction. I manged to stumble across this web site and noticed that someone else is in the same situation as me. The impression I got was that this company basically prey on the weak by using scare tactics and threatening language.

I have decided to ignore the letters they send me and not pay the cowboys a single penny.

I will keep you all posted as to what happens and together we can fight these sharks for ever more. ! :beagle:

I'm glad you did some searching before you even thought about paying this "Parking Ticket".

Just wait for the snotty DCA letters to hit your doorstep now.
