Hello everyone.
Found you by accident whilst looking for advice on a long running issue with Welcome Finance (oh no not again they cry!)
They have (at last!) made an "offer" for the ppi (via the Ombudsman) it was not clear in the letter I received what this would be and as we have other issue regarding there ability to enforce this "loan" I telphoned the ombudsman.
They did not have my file to hand only to say that ALL the letters regarding Welcome went out the same day!!
I did get a subject access in December of last year but the documents were for a different address AND loan number!
In June we gat a letter from head office saying they "could not find it" But we still "owed them" over £9000. I thought that if they could not locate this document the loan was in effect unenforeable?
