Sorry it took so long for me to introduce myself, I knew I would get around to it one day.
Anyway I'm at war with the bank and Insurance ppl.
I have tried to gaffer them once..................but they chewed me up and spat me out, but.........another day, who knows.
Anyway as part of my campain I collected much data.............for eg...
BMA & ABI Guidelines............makes good reading........ish, and could possibly be of use to someone.
My personal take on it is this..........Insurance Companies are only entitled to relevant information about a claimant & the doctors are only allowed to submit relevent information etc............how ever what do I know.
