On my website it look likes I have used an image which has rights.
This is the message i have received from them, the whole thing feels automated.

Hi,
We have noticed that you are currently using 1 image/s from our collection on your website. PA is the national news agency for the UK and Ireland and owns the copyright to images taken by our photographers in the course of their employment with us.
We have been unable to find any licenses for this usage of our imagery by your organisation and are writing to check if you have a valid license. Please send us a copy so we can review and close the enquiry.
To settle your past use, please purchase the license/s* here:
Enter your Case Number xxxxx and PIN xxxxx to access the details securely.
If you settle within 7 days, we offer a 10.00% early settlement discount as a gesture of goodwill.
In addition, we request that you remove the imagery from your website with immediate effect. Please note, that removal alone does not resolve the matter as we require a payment for your past use.
Our image reference/s found: 78024140.jpg.
Why is it important to buy an image license? It's important to remember that images are copyright-protected from the moment of creation and images are often added to sites incorrectly believing them to be free to use (for example copying a story from a newspaper or an image found on Google).

They have provided the Image from their library and a screenshot of my webpage of the image, which do look the same!
I have managed to get the price down from 500 to 250£
The image was on from about the 31st of October, on a blog page I can't remember where it was taken from, probably an image search on google or a news website!
My issue is i haven't been able to really talk to anyone over the phone and a deadline of 7 days doesn't feel long enough to raise an enquiry with them to deal with it, so on Monday the 16th is when my deadline ends, and i will probably pay the £250, but where do i stand in getting that money back, i don't fully understand the infringement side of the law.
