  • Pre-Charge Bail extension Inspector.

I was arrested in July for allledgedly saying hurty words on social media. I was held in custody, questioned and gave no comment replay and released on bail to return In October . With certain conditions like not to speak to the person involved, which is fair enough but there were 2 added conditions that were completely unnecessary and to wide covering.
Also my digital devices were seized.
I did not actually return on the date I was requested to due to being in hospital but I had informed the officer in charge of the case of the illness and they were fine.
They told me that bail was getting extended and I did not have to come and see her as she would pop a copy of the bail in my letterbox. Which she hasn't done but has sent me a copy via email.
My research into no charge bail extension has told.me that the first extension of No Charge Bail has to be signed off by an inspector. The copy of the bail form I was sent was not signed by an inspector but a custody sergeant.
i emailed the police officer in charge or the case asking if my bail conditions were now void as the bail form was signed by a sergeant and not an inspector. She ignored me so I emailed her sergeant who replied with a stroppy email saying that the investigating officer would not be replying and neither would he and if I wanted answers I would have to go on Google or get a lawyer.
My understanding is that for it to be signed off in the first place the inspector has to be convinced that the investigation is progressing and that the extension is needed. The police officer is saying the extension is needed to search my digital.devices. I haven't even committed a crime, they have used the law in a bid to shit me up and stop.me speaking about certain ideologies.
Can someone confirm that the form must me signed by an inspector and not a sergeant please

Hi, apologies but LegalBeagles does not cover criminal law, only civil. No intention to deprive you of advice, but community forum advice does not work well for criminal matters. Someone may pop up with an answer but I didn't want to leave you waiting in vain.
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )
