    Sexual Offences

    Hello.
    My husband has been accused of sexual offences by an ex , he was convicted on some of the charges filed. We would like to lodge an appeal and would like advice on what lawyers we can get in touch with that are strong in the sexual offences area and operate in Scotland.

    He has been remanded in jail pending sentencing , i would like to know if it is possible to get bail while he waits for sentencing. And also when we lodge an appeal , which we will, does he stay in jail or does he get released while we appeal?

      Your husband definitely needs to appoint a solicitor.
