I bought an item from The Range in May this year, cost £299 using clearpay as the payment method, now fully paid. Contacted The Range in September regarding a fault and they agreed a return and refund.
Had email confirmation that they have issued the refund (over 3 weeks ago). Clearpay saying they don't deal with refunds after 120 days from purchase and denying having received anything from The Range, i have one bank account and nothing there either.
Not sure what to do next, can anyone guide me in the right direction, many thanks, T
