    Hi
My son had a Parking Charge Notice ticket from Parking Eye in a College court yard, which did not have any sign previously and that day suddenly it seems that Parking Eye had a sign posted somewhere in the court yard, which my son did not see. Hence, we receive a photo PCN letter with £100 charge. Also, he did make an appeal and they just come back with a letter asking that they want the full name of the driver, in order to transfer the charge to him. For your information, I am the registered keeper of this car. Please, advice

So you as registered keeper received a Notice to Keeper requesting you either pay the charge or pass to PE the full name and address of the driver.
You son submitted an appeal in his own name (which was never going to be accepted as the Notice was addressed to you).

We need to see the whole NTK, but when redacting it please leave in all dates and times.
Also Photos of the signs and indications of their positioning (height) and location in the courtyard.

My mother received a court order for illegal parking in a supermarket parking lot in a car that I had but was stolen from me 2 years before and I have sent off all the police reports to dcblegal who insist that I pay the now 500 pound plus charge and they have issued a CCJ against me for a car which I no longer own and I have been living abroad since before the car was stolen...
