Handing Back Leased Van Early

Hi,
I would like to know what my legal position is if I hand one of my three vans back with 7 months left of payments before the end of a three year contract. They have given me an early redemption figure but I do not want to do this as I am struggling for money due to downturn in work so need to just hand the van back as cheaply as possible.
